Default To the Lebanese Jesuit Priest Antoine Youhanna Lattoof

The following article (in Arabic) was written by the Lebanese Jesuit Priest Antoine Youhanna Lattoof and was published by Annahar on November 30, 2010,

And here it is again on a web site of the "Party of the New Lebanese" (where both Muslims and Christians seem to have banded together. This time, against Doctor Dahesh

http://www.new-lebanese.com/?p=47534

The title of the article is "Doctor Dahesh The False Prophet."

On reading this article, the following story told by Doctor Dahesh to Mario Henri Chakkour in New York City comes to mind:

Doctor Dahesh said the following:

"One time, a man whose son was an atheist, asked me if there is anything I could do to prove to him that there is a Divine Power. So I met with his son and several Spiritual Manifestations took place and the young man was totally transformed. Not only did he become a believer in God, but he cleaned up his act.

Then one day, the young man crosses paths with a Jesuit priest who noticed the transformation in the young man. So he asked him what it was that convinced him to change his ways.

When the young man told him that he had seen me and had witnessed "Miracles," the priest was quick to tell him not to believe in anything I say or do because it's all a sham.

The young man believed the priest and fell back into his old ways. He gave up in his belief in God..."

Then the Doctor said: "Instead on focusing on the fact that the young man was now a believer in God, the Jesuit priest simply had to attack me with no consideration to the consequences."

Speaking of "consequences" The Lebanese Jesuit Priest Antoine Youhanna Lattoof asks (when mentioning Doctor Dahesh's 1948 prophecy about the Lebanese Civil War) : "and how is it possible that a whole country would be destroyed and a people killed because one man, back then — Bechara El Khoury — stripped him of him citizenship?

It is one thing for you to engage Daheshists in true debate regarding their beliefs, in order to hopefully establish a healthy dialog — even if in the final analysis you reject everything that Daheshism claims. And it is another thing completely to embark on a gratuitous smear campaign.

Dear Father Lattoof: First of all, Bechara El Khoury did more that merely strip him of his citizenship. He orchestrated a plot that ultimately got his executed by a firing squad in Azerbaijan. And putting aside the illegal nature of the act in of itself (Doctor Dahesh would never see the inside of a court room and thus he would never be allowed to exercise his right to such things as legal representation) and the physical torture, and what some of the other Daheshists went through, such as Mrs. Marie Hadad, and her daughter Madga Hadad, who took her own life in protest of the act:

Not one person in Lebanon rose a finger to help Doctor Dahesh.
Not one newspaper, or magazine wrote anything but the kind of defamatory remarks you published about Doctor Dahesh. Although, to be fair, yours compared to theirs sounds like high praise!

The whole country was against this innocent man.

Furthermore, many other crimes against other innocent people were also committed.

Hence, justice took place in their memory as well.

Lastly, there is such a thing as "Spiritual Fluids."

Putting aside our Daheshist Theory of Reincarnation, which would provide an explanation regarding how bad things can happen to "good people," you should also think of these Spiritual Fluids as being capable of influencing people to the extent that their fate would be sealed by a mere simple act of blindly following one man.

You obviously have power and you certainly have influenced many with your article, and that is worrisome because Doctor Dahesh published another prophecy (which, just like the one in 1948, was conditional) about Lebanon before he passed away on April 9, 1984 and actions such as yours do not help matters.

The fate of their Spiritual Fluids are now potentially in your hands and do not be surprised what the future holds...

What is this other prophecy ? Was it made publicly ?

And by the way, the Jesuit's article is silly from the beginning because he uses the false anecdote of the hairdresser, which is an urban legend and was never given credit by any serious writer

This prophecy was published in October 20, 1981. It can be found on pages 48 and 49 of Doctor Dahesh's book titled "Strange Tales and Wondrous Legends, Part 3."

Kindly note that this book was never released to the public. Daheshville.com, however, has a copy.

Interestingly enough, a quote from this prophecy was provided in this thread, your first ever in fact, which you started on July 4, 2008. Search for "Atlantis" while you're there.

As a addendum to what was posted in that thread, we read on page 49:

"And so you shall become a legend that will be told throughout the generations, so be careful because your destruction is surely to happen if you revert to planting your lowly lies about him."
